With the expected rise of visitors, Visit Seattle was looking for an alternative option in addressing frequently asked questions and important local information in high-traffic areas. In order to get their current visitors engaged, they decided to reduce the carbon footprint and go digital! They are looking for multiple implementations from kiosks, to digital signages and mobile but to be done in phases. For their initial need, these are the features they are looking for:


Omni partnered with Visit Seattle to deploy their first touch solution for their destination interactive Kiosk solution. We deployed a 42-inch standing branded kiosk currently located at the Upper Pike Street Lobby of the Washington State Convention Center. Together with this sleek, modern-looking hardware, we connected features visitors need and want while reducing paper and staff involvement.
