Erin Rheinschild has been appointed Director of Visitor Experience at True Omni. She joins from San Francisco Travel, where as Senior Director of Staff and Visitor Experience, she oversaw management of all visitor center locations and economic engagement for over 8 years. Among her career achievements to date— was the build out and transformation of SF’s new Convention Center location and three cobranded locations, integration of first eCommerce enabled center and completion of her CDME. She will be leading the charge to transform visitor centers and solutions globally.
