Bookings on hotels and local attractions have increased simultaneously, so they wanted to look for options in using kiosks and touchscreen devices in expanding revenue while providing convenience to their onsite visitors. Here are some of the other core features that they wanted implemented: A solution that would easily integrate with their existing hardware Integration into existing CRM for auto updates and less management needed Interactive mapping and events listing for local attraction assistance Incorporate UGC content to these touch devices to raise brand recognition Real-time analytics Software and Hardware Support system Solution: TrueOmni had the pleasure to work with\u00a0Experience Rochester\u00a0to drive deeper engagement to visitors through existing touchscreen and display devices. As part of this initiative, we have implemented about 7 units across the visitor center and 2 hotel locations to provide the local scene a more digitalized approach to unique visitor experience. Here\u2019s what we have implemented: Core functionality: OmniPlatform \u2013 allowed easy backend navigation and management for the admins while allowing smooth integration with Simpleview Created interactive mapping feature and listed nearby Mayo clinic information, what-to-do\u2019s inclusive of events, spots &#038; places to dine Integration with Stackla to ensure Social wall is up to date and available for viewing across all these touchscreen devices KIOLYTICS, our real-time analytics made specifically for kiosks Support system covering both hardware and software"}
