Visit Buffalo Niagara turned scattered visitor information into one interactive discovery hub.
Visit Buffalo Niagara partnered with TrueOmni to deploy an indoor interactive kiosk that puts attractions, neighborhoods, trails, dining and trip planning in front of travelers from a single digital touchpoint.
Visit Buffalo Niagara wanted to provide travelers with a more interactive way to discover the destination while making a wide range of visitor information easily accessible from a single location. With attractions, neighborhoods, cultural experiences, dining and outdoor activities spread throughout the region, visitors needed a simple way to find relevant experiences and plan what to do next.
The organization also wanted to make destination information more accessible to international travelers, highlight curated trails and experiences, and move beyond traditional printed materials with a digital solution that could inspire deeper exploration of Buffalo Niagara.

By combining maps, custom trails, itinerary planning, multilingual capabilities, digital brochures and social content, the kiosk helps visitors move from inspiration to exploration while discovering more of what Buffalo Niagara has to offer.
