As Visit Chattanooga is still in the process of renovating its new visitor information center, the tourism department focused on addressing visitors in one of its highest-traffic areas – the Aquarium Plaza. The goal is to make the plaza more interactive for visitors to learn more about upcoming events and fun things to do during the tour, along with the following:
In this partnership, we were able to launch an outdoor kiosk for 24×7 engagement and some interactive touchscreen kiosks at the Aquarium Plaza visitor center. This implementation includes integration with Simpleview, CRM to ensure all the events and listings are provided and updated in real-time. True Omni was also able to provide several other features to help with their tourism initiatives:
