Objectif principal :

Visit Nashville aims to add a technology solution that connects visitors to the city’s unique culture, history, and attractions. The goal is to provide a fun, easy-to-use platform that encourages visitors to explore the destination through programs and engage with the city, along with the following:

  • Provide information on cultural trails, music venues, and historical sites to encourage visitors to engage with the city's vibrant culture.
  • Allow visitors to create their itineraries and learn about the city's unique attractions.
  • Collect data on visitor behavior and preferences to enhance the user experience.
  • Include multi-language features to connect with international travelers.
  • Ensure updated and accurate information by location.
  • Provide information on cultural trails, music venues, and historical sites to encourage visitors to engage with the city's vibrant culture.
  • Allow visitors to create their itineraries and learn about the city's unique attractions.
  • Collect data on visitor behavior and preferences to enhance the user experience.

Solution:

In this partnership, we were able to create a custom Progressive Web App and provide a kiosk and video wall solution that offers visitors a unique experience. The solutions include an integrated management platform and custom backend features to provide information and communicate with visitors. Along with these implementations, we have also launched the following features:

  • A custom-built progressive web app that doesn’t require a store download.
  • OMNI notifications to stay in touch with visitors via text, email, and geofencing
  • Brand awareness and promotion.
  • Centralized control and real-time analytics through purpose-built kiosk analytics (Kiolytics).
  • More accurate product updates and pricing in real-time, ensuring consistency of experience.
  • Gather valuable visitor data and detect visitor demographics.
