Key Goal:

As Visit Chattanooga is still in the process of renovating its new visitor information center, the tourism department focused on addressing visitors in one of its highest-traffic areas – the Aquarium Plaza. The goal is to make the plaza more interactive for visitors to learn more about upcoming events and fun things to do during the tour, along with the following:

  • Option for visitors to create itineraries
  • Acquire ways to gain profit or revenue using digital screens
  • Cater to local and international travelers, find options to remove communication barriers
  • Integrate into their existing system to avoid additional steps in updating listings and other much-needed traveler information

Solution:

In this partnership, we were able to launch an outdoor kiosk for 24×7 engagement and some interactive touchscreen kiosks at the Aquarium Plaza visitor center. This implementation includes integration with Simpleview,  CRM to ensure all the events and listings are provided and updated in real-time.
