True Omni worked with Visit Bellevue to launch a multi-channel visitor experience solution, connecting their Convention Center, and Key Hotel partners to always on visitor engagement tools. Initially they deployed a Progressive Web App which allowed easy QR code downloads and connected visitors to geo-based partner information and events. Then a mobile visitor center, with integrated digital Photobooth and Digital Signage, with the purpose to engage visitors and point of interest and to keep them out enjoying the many things to do in the area.
