Greater Birmingham CVB was looking for ways to address their returning visitors. The Visitor Bureau is renovating its downtown visitor center and as part of this initiative, they wanted to have a more modern and sleeker look. Embracing technology as part of the norms, they wanted to be able to serve tourists with greater information before and after their visit. Here are some of the functionalities that they are looking to implement:
In this partnership, we were able to launch an indoor standing kiosk and a beautiful 6-screen video wall, all inside their newly renovated visitor center. This implementation includes integration with Simpleview, Birmingham’s CRM to ensure all the events and listings are provided and updated in real-time.
